october dreams are in my future.

Is it seriously almost the end of September already? The month has flown by!

I was watching 50 First Dates on TV yesterday. I cried at the end. It was on again today, and I cried at the end again. I'm a sucker for sappy happy love endings! I think the thing that got me about this movie is that he goes through so much trouble just to be with her everyday. It's crazy. It made me think of all the stuff we do when we love someone. As crazy as it is, we still do it, because the rewards outweigh the struggles.

I saw the new Macy's commercial the other day. It's the one with clips from all these movies and shows where the characters talk about Macy's. It made me realize how long it's been around and what an impact it's had on our culture. Plus, the idea of the commercial of clips is pretty good.

The gas crisis is getting out of hand around here. So many stations are completely out, with yellow bags covering the pumps. The ones that do have gas are limiting the amount you can buy and have lines out to the roads waiting. It's nuts.
